By accessing or using NoSuggest at nosuggest.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What NoSuggest Is

NoSuggest is a free web application that allows you to follow YouTube channels, search for videos, save videos to watch later, and watch them without algorithmic recommendations or behavioural tracking. NoSuggest will never send notifications, autoplay videos, or suggest what to watch next.

NoSuggest is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to YouTube or Google in any way. It is supported entirely by voluntary contributions from users who find it valuable.

3. How NoSuggest Accesses YouTube Data

NoSuggest accesses publicly available YouTube information, retrieving video titles, thumbnails, and channel uploads.

By using NoSuggest, you agree not to use the app in ways that violate YouTube's Terms of Service or Google's policies:

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use NoSuggest to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of YouTube, Google, or any content creator

• Use the save feature to catalogue or distribute videos in a way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or applicable copyright law
• Attempt to abuse, overload, or interfere with the NoSuggest service
• Reverse engineer, rebrand, or redistribute the app for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the developer

5. Intellectual Property

All YouTube video content displayed through NoSuggest remains the property of the respective content creators and is subject to copyright law. NoSuggest does not claim any ownership over any YouTube content.

The NoSuggest application code is open source. The NoSuggest name and branding are owned by the developer.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

NoSuggest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The service will continue to be available, as it depends on YouTube's platform remaining accessible
• Any bugs or errors will be corrected
• Video availability, titles, or thumbnails will be accurate at all times, as this data is sourced from YouTube

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoSuggest and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or interruption of service.

8. Service Availability

NoSuggest is a free service provided at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modifications or discontinuation.

Because NoSuggest relies on publicly available YouTube data, service availability may be affected by changes YouTube makes to its platform at any time and without notice to us.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of NoSuggest after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
